Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40 from the German company LIQUI MOLY
High performance vehicles need high performance motor oil. The German motor oil specialist LIQUI MOLY now offers Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40, which is officially approved by Mercedes for AMG cars. “With this oil AMG drivers are on the safe side with respect to both performance and warranty,” said Gary Boyd, sales manager at LIQUI MOLY.
Approvals for motor oil are a common thing for European car manufacturers. An approval means that the oil meets exactly the specifications the car manufacturer prescribes for the engine. Once motor oil is officially approved by the car manufacturer, car drivers can be sure that this is the right oil. Using motor oil without approval not only leads to the loss of warranty. The wrong oil may also cause engine troubles and even severe damage.
LIQUI MOLY’s Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40 is officially approved by Mercedes. This approval MB 229.5 is the one needed for AMG cars. Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40 is designed to cope with even heavy duty engine requirements. It ensures lubrication at both high and low temperatures. This enhanced lubrication means better protection against wear and friction, as well as less fuel consumption and emissions. You can feel how smooth the engine is running now. Finally, this oil is also approved by BMW (Longlife-01), Porsche (A40), and Volkswagen (VW 502.00/505.00).
